The warehouse facilities that ItellaNLC operates fully comply with all requirements for pharmaceutical warehouses from both Western and Russian standards. More specifically, all of our facilities are equipped with ventilation systems, air conditioning, and refrigerator installations that enable us to maintain the necessary humidity and three temperatures zones in the facilities.

Medication storage

The warehouse facilities that ItellaNLC operates fully comply with all requirements for pharmaceutical warehouses from both Western and Russian standards. The Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation license all our pharmaceutical warehouses. All warehouse facilities maintain specific temperature and humidity settings that meet the public health requirements for storing various types of products. The premises of our pharmaceutical warehouses are divided into several zones:

  • The unpacking zone, where the products are received
  • The expediting zone, where the product is checked, packed, and awaits shipment
  • Area for medications that must be stored at a temperature of 2-8°C
  • Area for storage of medications at a temperature of 12-15°C
  • Area for storage of medications at a room temperature of 18-20°C

At a client's request, premises may be outfitted for highly reactive substances with reinforced walls and doors and a specially installed alarm system.
