Utkina Zavod
Utkina Zavod' is situated on the site of 40 ha along the Belt highway (KAD) and comprises approximately 210000 square meters of Class A storage space as well as office and mezzanine premises.
The construction of the project's first stage totaling 81 812 sqm was completed in November 2007.
The complex is situated on the inner side of Saint-Petersburg Ring Road (KAD), between Vantovy Bridge and Murmansky highway, in Leningrad Region. It is 200 meters away from Saint-Petersburg's borders, in proximity to IKEA shopping mall, on a federal ring road (KAD) connecting the Scandinavian (goods transport entry from Europe via Finland) and the Moskovskoye highways which takes most of the city transport goods flows. The site has access to KAD and Octyabrskaya embankment.
