In October, 2004 the ItellaNLC company opened its branch in Rostov-on-Don. The terminals is located within the city, with convenient vehicle access and railway lines, reliable security and fire-fighting systems, on-line automated cargo traffic record. The terminal is served by competent personnel, having undergone special training. The ItellaNLC guarantees that the cargos disposed at the regional areas are served at the same quality level (fastness and quality of service, insurance and full risks recovery) as the cargos at Moscow terminals.
