Kreshino
ItellaNLC-Krekshino, one of the largest logistics parks in Russia (with the possibility of expansion to 300,000 sq. meters), started its business in 2005.
In August 2006 after the second phase passed start-up, operational area comprise about 80,000 square meters. Active construction works for the third and fourth phases also finished. Today total operations area is more 200 000 sq.m
The park design was developed with the idea of optimizing cost effectiveness of its storage and transportation system. Class-A warehouse complex entirely conforms to the standards, provided by the experts for warehouse terminals: a new building, state-of-art communications, automated warehouse management system, 24/7 video surveillance and security service. The complex has access roads both from Minskoe and Kievskoe Highways. High speed Kievskoe Highway (the place where the logistics park is located) reconstruction allows to get to the park from the Moscow Ting Road in 15-20 minutes. The proximity of Vnukovo airport, availability of railroad and the largest international transport main roads - Minskoe and Kievskoe Highways - provide for significant perspectives and play an important role of the park being constructed in processing and distribution of goods flow in the Moscow region and the RF.
