Logistics park is located in Moscow region, M4 federal route, 11 km from Moscow Automobile Ring Road (MKAD). The park territory is provided with a convenient vehicle access from Highway "DON".

ItellaNLC-Domodedovo provides efficient planning of the object with a large territory for parking and free movement of vehicles of various types. The allocation of storage battery rooms outside the main building, which is one of the inportant issues for construction and further use, was taken into consideration when developing the design of park territory, this solution lead to the increas of the usable area of the warehouse itself.
Effective planning of warehouse premises zone is based on the network of columns sized 24 x 12 meters, which creates favorable conditions for unloading and allocation of pallets with the height of up to 12 m. Two attic levels are design for office premises as well as for the storage of high technology and fragile goods.
